Terms and Legal

A2Trust is an online audit product for business customers. Paid work starts only after a scan, package selection, scope acceptance and checkout.

Company details

Service scope

The service reviews visible website, search, tracking, conversion, local trust and proof signals. Paid packages may add manual review and client-approved evidence from platforms such as analytics, search, ads, business profiles or payment tools.

Read-only rule

Unless a separate written implementation agreement exists, A2Trust does not change websites, DNS, CMS, ads, analytics, social accounts or payment settings. Evidence is collected through public data, OAuth, viewer roles, partner access or exports. Clients should not share passwords, recovery codes or private personal accounts.

Delivery and limits

Reports are based on the information available at the time of review. Search rankings, advertising performance, security outcomes, legal compliance and insurance acceptance are not guaranteed. The service is not legal advice, tax advice, insurance advice or formal cybersecurity certification.

Package acceptance before payment

Before checkout, the client must confirm the selected package scope, exclusions, read-only rule and no-password rule. If private evidence is skipped or unavailable, the report continues with available evidence and marks missing sources as not connected.

Refunds and cancellation

The free scan can be abandoned at any time. A paid order may be cancelled before report work starts. Once evidence review, manual analysis or report generation has started, the service is treated as digital work in progress and refunds are handled case by case for duplicate payments, technical payment errors or clear non-delivery.

Prices and VAT

Prices shown on the site are exclusive of Swiss VAT. VAT is calculated and added during Stripe Checkout where applicable.

Cookie and analytics notice

Essential storage is used for scan flow, checkout state and consent preferences. Optional analytics, advertising conversion placeholders and remarketing signals fire only after consent and only when the relevant public tracking IDs are configured.

Client responsibility

The client is responsible for providing accurate information, owning or being authorized to request the audit, and granting only the access they are allowed to grant.
