1. Business customers only
A2Trust is a business-to-business service. By ordering, you confirm that you act for a company, organisation or professional activity and are authorised to place the order. The service is not offered for private consumer use.
The package description, the order page and these Terms together form the agreement. If a signed proposal or statement of work says something different, that document takes priority for that project.
2. What A2Trust provides
The free website check reviews selected information that is publicly visible. Paid reports add the package-specific research, evidence review, business interpretation and deliverables shown before payment.
Unless a separate implementation agreement is accepted, A2Trust reviews and recommends but does not change the website, domain, advertising, analytics, social accounts, payment tools or other customer systems.
3. How an order is placed
The order page shows the selected package, price, included work and important limits. You can correct the website, answers, package and billing information before confirming payment.
Selecting “Continue to secure payment” opens Stripe and does not itself charge you. The paid order becomes binding when you press Stripe's final payment button and Stripe confirms payment, or confirms that no payment is required because a valid full credit applies. A confirmation is then sent electronically.
4. Information and view-only access
You are responsible for providing accurate information and for having permission to share it. Optional private evidence must be provided through a viewing role, partner access or an export. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, card details or administrator credentials.
If optional evidence is unavailable, A2Trust may continue with the information it can verify and will state the resulting limitation or request the missing item.
5. Delivery and review
Delivery timing starts after confirmed payment and receipt of any essential information identified in the package. Estimates are not guarantees when a third-party platform, inaccessible website or missing customer response delays the work.
Premium or source-connected reports may pass through a quality review before release. Delivery takes place through the secure client area, email or another agreed electronic channel.
6. Prices, currencies and tax
Website prices are business prices shown without VAT or similar transaction taxes. The checkout shows the currency, tax treatment and total before the customer confirms payment.
Tax is calculated from the billing location, business status and tax information provided at checkout. Swiss VAT, export treatment or reverse charge may apply. The customer must provide complete and accurate billing and tax details.
7. Cancellation, payment errors and refunds
A free check can be abandoned at any time. A paid order may be cancelled before report preparation or expert review begins. Because each paid report is prepared for a specific business, work already started is payable.
Duplicate charges, clear payment errors and material non-delivery will be corrected or refunded as appropriate. Mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
8. Evidence, professional judgement and limits
A report reflects the evidence available at the stated time and includes professional judgement. Websites, platforms, search results, laws and market conditions change. A2Trust does not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, advertising results, security outcomes or third-party approval.
A2Trust reports support business decisions. They are not legal, tax, accounting, insurance or investment advice and are not a formal cybersecurity, privacy or regulatory certification.
9. Ownership and permitted use
You keep ownership of information and materials you provide. A2Trust keeps ownership of its methods, templates, software, scoring logic and pre-existing materials.
After payment, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual right to use the delivered report within your business and share it with employees and professional advisers. You may not resell the report, remove its origin, publish it in a misleading way or copy A2Trust methods as a competing product.
10. Confidentiality and data
Each party must protect non-public information received from the other and use it only for the agreed service, except where disclosure is authorised or legally required.
The Privacy Notice explains A2Trust's own data use. The Data Processing Terms apply where A2Trust processes personal data on the customer's documented instructions.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, A2Trust is liable only for direct loss caused by a proven breach and the total liability for a paid order is limited to the amount paid for that order. A2Trust is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or decisions made by third parties.
This limitation does not apply to intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any liability that mandatory law does not allow the parties to exclude.
12. Governing law and changes
Swiss law governs the agreement. The courts at the registered office in Nyon, Switzerland have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory place of jurisdiction.
The version accepted at checkout applies to that order. Material changes are published with a new effective date and do not silently change an already accepted paid scope.
